Prices on this page are exclusive of VAT. UK customers see VAT (20%) added at checkout. EU customers see VAT calculated based on their country of residence. Outside the UK and EU we treat the sale as a zero-rated export — no VAT applied. Your final invoice always shows the VAT breakdown.
We do not offer an automatic money-back guarantee. We will refund a paid licence in full if you report a reproducible defect of NivoSync within 30 days, our team confirms it via server logs, and we cannot deliver a working fix within 30 days of confirmation. No. The renewal price is locked at the price you originally signed up at, for as long as your subscription is continuous. We do not raise prices on existing customers.
Each licence is bound to a single domain. If you operate two stores, you need two licences. Need a multi-domain arrangement for an agency or a multi-brand group? Email info@nivosync.com — we can put together a custom package.
Not in v1. Today we sell single-domain licences only. An agency programme with multi-domain pricing is on the roadmap. Get in touch and we will keep you posted when it is ready.
Within 48 hours during UK business days, by email at support@nivosync.com. Every customer receives bug fixes through plugin updates regardless of when they were reported.
Yes. Cancel any time from your account portal. Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then. After expiry, the plugin continues to work but stops receiving updates.
We do not offer an automatic free trial because the plugin requires Nivoda credentials and configuration that are not trivially reversible. Instead we offer a free 30-minute live demo via Calendly — book a call from /contact and we will walk you through it on your own use case.
