Why we built NivoSync
Working with UK jewellery retailers for years, we kept seeing the same pattern: brilliant local stores with deep product knowledge that could not compete online because building a diamond catalog from scratch costs £50,000 and 18 months. The big online competitors — Brilliant Earth, Blue Nile, James Allen — had a multi-year head start and the engineering budget to match.
Nivoda's B2B marketplace solved the inventory side: hundreds of thousands of diamonds, real-time prices, instant fulfilment. But the integration into a WordPress store was a custom-build job every time, and most jewellers we met had been quoted £15,000–£40,000 by agencies just to wire it up.
NivoSync is the plugin we wished existed. Four premium themes, the Ring Builder, the wishlist and compare flows, the appointment booking — everything a serious jewellery store needs, in one box, configured in an afternoon.
