What the customer sees
The customer picks the cut they want their centre stone to be — round, oval, cushion, princess, or any of the ten supported shapes.
What you control
You configure which shapes appear via the shape allowlist. Disable shapes you do not stock or do not want to merchandise.
Pick a diamond
What the customer sees
The customer browses diamonds matching the chosen shape, with the same twelve filters as the main catalogue. They select one.
What you control
The selection inherits all your pricing engine settings — markup, VAT, currency, rounding. The price the customer sees is always your retail price, never the Nivoda wholesale figure.
Pick a setting
What the customer sees
The customer browses your ring settings — your own WooCommerce products tagged as settings — and picks one. They see how the diamond plus setting looks together.
What you control
Settings are normal WooCommerce products you control: photography, copy, attributes, variations. NivoSync simply tags them and exposes them in the builder.
Review and add to cart
What the customer sees
The customer sees a summary: chosen shape, diamond spec, setting, total price. One click adds the composed ring to the cart.
What you control
The line item carries metadata for both the diamond and the setting. Your warehouse sees one ring to fulfil — but the order detail page in the admin shows the full breakdown for any post-sale handling.
